This fast route runs around the outskirts of Flora Park suburbs in Polokwane into Serala View.  The first six kilometres is mostly a gentle climb which will work to the runners’ advantage when coming back. There is a one kilometre gentle climb at 14 kilometres and from there it will be a down run until 19 kilometres where there is short gentle climb.  The rest of the route will be cruising down home.
