EDITORS NOTES
This is one of the oldest races in Central North West and is certainly unique and festive. The balloons at the well-stocked water tables contain lucky numbers so take one with you to the finish; fortune may smile on you. The half marathon walker’s race starts at 06h00.
The first 100 athletes in the half marathon race who reach the halfway mark at the Berts Bricks brick factory will receive a marked brick to carry back to finish line to receive a six pack of beer.
