THE RUN
The longer 30 kilometre route is intended for a fit and experienced trail runner. The race is run on the Bloupunt hiking trail and offers a variety of challenges. There are ravines with mountain streams, craggy cliffs and many interesting rock formations. From the summit of Bloupunt you can see Ashton, Bonnivale, McGregor, Montagu and Robertson. The shorter routes do have some technical content and weave through the Badskloof Gorge and follow the Cogman’s Hiking Trail.
