The distance selected must be run between 26 June and 4 July 2020. Any route you wish.
The distance selected cannot be split over the 10 days, it must be completed in one run.
Each runner must upload 4 photos; a start photo, 2 during, and one at the finish.
More information will be sent out with your race numbers on how to do this.
The race number provided must be visible.  Adhere to social distancing regulations and stay safe.
