This scenic and easy seaside run starts from the Bluewater Bay N2 City Complex and then proceeds down to the Swartkops River. The race follows the riverbank to the Bluewater Bay Lifesaving Club on the beachfront before entering the residential area. The stretch through the suburbs is pleasantly undulating before the race turns back on the same road. Beware of the sting in the tail, the infamous 300 metre challenge of Tippers Creek which offers a stern challenge before the finish.
