THE RUN

This is a scenic but tough race around Tygerberg. It is relatively easy for the first 12 kilometres. It then becomes hilly on the northern side of the mountain where you have to climb various aptly named hills - Big Mama and her three stepsisters, Oops, Ouch and Eina!
