Online entries usually close two weeks before the race. Late entries are taken on the Friday and Saturday before and at the start from 04h30. Pre-entries are also accepted at all road races in Central Gauteng, selected sports shops and the Striders Club in Olympia Park. Blind runners and Grand Masters enjoy free entry.

Try to arrive early as this is a very popular race. Access from the freeways, both the N12 and the N17 become extremely congested with long queues of cars. There is adequate parking at the venue. Perpetuity Numbers are awareded to athletes finishing their 10th and 22nd Striders 32 kilometre road race.
