ENTRY DETAILS
Pre-entries will are accepted at the Randburg Harriers clubhouse between 17h30 and 19h00 on the Thursdays before cthe event. Entries are accepted at the club on the morning of each run and opens at 04h30. Pre-entries are encouraged to alleviate queuing on the first day. Entry fees are used to cover the costs of refreshments. Runners may enter for any or all of the three days. All entrants are required to complete an indemnity form.
As this is not an official race there will be no traffic police or marshals on duty. Participants are given a route map to follow each day.

RANDBURG HARRIERS EASTER 100 - THREE DAYS
THE RUN
Day one starts at 06h00. This tough 48 kilometre route undulates through the northern suburbs of Johannesburg including Weltevreden Park, Northcliff, Emmarentia, Parktown, Zoo Lake, Craighall and Blairgowrie.
Day two starts at 06h00. The second day's 32 kilometres are run on an undulating route through the suburbs of Randburg. This route is tough, meandering through Boskruin, Randpark Ridge and Radiokop.
Day three starts at 06h00. This moderate 20 kilometre route is run through Windsor, Northcliff, Montgomery Park and Linden.
FACILITES
There is champagne, hot cross buns and a bring-and-braai following the run on Easter Sunday, so bring the family.

EDITORS NOTES
Known as the ‘Poor Man's Two Oceans’, this unofficial three-day training programme is aimed at runners preparing for Comrades. You run 48 kilometres on the Friday, 32 kilometres on the Saturday and 20 kilometres on the Sunday. Club members volunteer their time to man refreshment stations every four kilometres. Walkers are welcome provided they complete the distances within the specified time limits: 48 kilometres in 07:00, 32 kilometres in 05:00 and 20 kilometres in 03:00. No route clean-up is provided, please do not deposit litter on the route. This event will be held for the 40th time in 2025.
