ENTRY DETAILS
Entries are accepted at the Heidelberg High School Sports Ground the day before the race between 17h00 and 20h00. Late entries are accepted at the event start. The Heidelberg High Sports Ground will accept entries to all races between 04h00 and 04h45. Half marathon entries will be accepted at Soutpan between 05h00 and 05h45. Ten kilometre and fun run entries will be accepted at Vondeling Primary School between 06h00 and 06h45.

THE RUN
This easy, scenic marathon is mainly downhill with the only hilly section in the first 13 kilometres. The route goes through a flat agricultural area known as ‘Die Vlakte’, then down to White Sands. You will pass large flocks of ostriches and see a range of farming activities en route to the sea.

EDITORS NOTES
The half marathon starts at 06h00 and has a 03:00 time limit. The 10 kilometre starts at 07h00 and has a 01:30 time limit. Runners in both these races will be transported from Heidelberg High School to their respective starting points. Both races are run in support of the local Cancer Association.
