This race traditionally honours Andrew Greyling who was a gifted athlete who came third in the Two Oceans in 1980. He was well known in running circles and owner of Run-A-Way Sport in Pretoria. Andrew was tragically lost to road running in 2008. This race commemorates a true gentleman of the road. The half marathon walk starts at 05h30. The half marathon run starts at 06h00. The 10 kilometre run starts at 06h10 and the 10 kilometre walk at 06h20. The fun run starts at 06h30.
