THE RUN
Both distances present a moderate challenge. The surfaces feature long stretches of single track and much of the route is run along private land where runners are not normally allowed. There are a number of hills to negotiate.

There is a three kilometre Treasure Trail that goes through the Arminel Village towards the waterfall. The drinking water along the route is locally bottled at source.
