The half marathon is made up of two laps of the 10 kilometre event. The course is by and large a moderate challenge where you can expect a reasonably good time. Starting at Greenstone Shopping Centre the course takes you on an undulating route through Edenvale, Illiondale and Greenstone Hill. There is ‘one of those hills’ at journey’s end so keep something in reserve. Half marathon runners must brave this obstacle twice.
