The Return – Sishay’Ibuya

The Comrades Marathon Association’s (CMA) roadshow team is in the City of Durban today (Tuesday, 14 June 2022 at 19h00). With Comrades training season upon us, the annual Comrades roadshow is travelling to strategic locations in a bid to motivate and empower its 16,000 entrants with much needed training and nutritional information to prepare for race day on Sunday, 28 August 2022.

The Comrades roadshows are being hosted by respective running clubs in KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape and Gauteng over the coming weeks. As the roadshow team makes its way to Durban, the Comrades Coach has urged runners to attend the session and be part of that group of athletes who will receive first-hand advice on training, nutrition, injury prevention and tapering among other relevant topics.

The 95^th Comrades Marathon will start at the Pietermaritzburg City Hall at 5h30 and finish 12 hours later at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Sunday, 28 August 2022. This will be the 47^th Down Run.
