THE RUN
This is a demanding route, make no bones about it. The Monster is a scenic race that takes in many of the green suburbs of Pretoria and the 32 kilometre event incorporates a challenging tar road hill section across the Groenkloof Terrain.
FACILITES
All club tents must preferably be erected the evening before the race or by 05h00 on race day. If it rains your access to the cricket field may be restricted by the race organisers. A tog-bag area, showers, pub and grub are available at the clubhouse.

This race will be run for the 43rd time in 2021. Take on the ‘Monster’ if you're tough enough. Note the starting time - the race starts promptly at sunrise.
Walkers are welcome and are cordially requested to use discretion when lining up at the start and must finish within the time limits. Owners walking dogs on leashes are welcome to enter the five kilometre fun run. There is limited parking so get there early. Time limits are 04:30 for the 32 kilometre race, 03:30 for the 21 kilometre race and 02:30 for the 10 kilometre race. There is no time limit for the Baby Monster fun run.
