THE RUN
This is a moderate, undulating and scenic route. The first and last nine kilometres are run through the town, with the balance of the race out in the country on the Standerton to Leandra Road. The cosmos is in flower which adds a brilliant splash of colour to a landscape that is otherwise quite bland. There are three different turning points for the various distances.

Walkers are welcome to enter the half marathon, 10 and five kilometre events. Time limits: Marathon - 05h30, Half Marathon - 03h00, 10 km - 01:30. The race will be staged for the 42nd time in 2021. Standerton is a short two-hour drive from Gauteng and the race is well worth the effort of getting there.
